Dr.With a PhD in Philosophy in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a Master’s degree in K-12 Guidance & Counseling from Whitworth University, Dr. Solodyankin has over 30 years of experience in providing private Christian education to church communities. She founded Enlightium Academy in 2003 and has been serving thousands of families in the USA and abroad. She is both an ACSI- and Washington state-certified educator.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Solodyankin has been devoted to preparing the next generation of godly leaders by making a profound difference in their hearts and minds. She has spoken at numerous educational conferences, advocating for the necessity of personalized Christian education. This approach has not only shaped the philosophy of Enlightium Academy but also guided her in raising her three biological and five adopted children, providing a glimpse of her commitment to education both professionally and personally.
