Part-time students can choose between 0.5 and 3.75 credits for a full school year, or 0.5 and 1.75 credits for one semester, allowing them to customize their workload to fit other educational commitments.
Classes are typically assigned within three to five business days of enrollment, ensuring a quick start to your educational journey.

Tuition can be paid upfront or, upon request, arranged into 1-3 monthly installments, providing financial flexibility based on course load.

Follow our easy enrollment process to kickstart your child’s education with Enlightium.
No matter your student's stage in their educational journey, the Enlightium team is here to partner with you. We evaluate their unique needs to support their academic success.
The enrollment form takes 10-20 minutes to complete, and can be filled out from a laptop, desktop, or mobile device.
*The enrollment fee is non-refundable after 72 hours.
Provide current grades and any necessary documents such as report cards or transcripts. These should be submitted as soon as possible to facilitate the enrollment process.
Complete the required entrance assessments in math and English. These help determine the appropriate course level and academic plan for the student.
For high school students, review and confirm the student’s schedule with an Enlightium counselor. For elementary and middle school students, your courses will be assigned and your counselor will reach out with any questions. Communication with the counselor will be via email.
Check your state’s specific educational requirements to ensure compliance, as some states may have additional requirements for homeschooling.
Both parents and students must complete orientation courses. The Parent Orientation provides key details on school operations and expectations and can be found in a mobile app provided after enrolling.
The Student Orientation course is assigned around the student’s start date and discusses how to access student resources, social and spiritual offerings, and more!

All new students are offered 14 calendar days after enrolling to test out Enlightium’s program.
If the student’s family decides to withdraw within those 14 days, a withdrawal fee will not be charged and all paid tuition will be refunded. The enrollment fee is non-refundable after 72 hours. If parents are still not sure about continuing enrollment at Enlightium, they can reach out to the Enlightium team with their questions or concerns by emailing support@enlightiumacademy.com or calling (509) 319-2288, option 0.
If withdrawing after the 14-day trial period, the tuition is prorated based on the time enrolled (if on track or behind) or work completed (if ahead) and a staggered withdrawal fee applies to the remaining balance: 20% for withdrawing between 15–30 calendar days, 30% for 31–60 days, 40% for 61–90 days from beginning coursework, and no refund after 90 days.
If after the 14-day trial period Enlightium Academy has not met a family’s expectations, Enlightium's administration team will investigate any of their concerns and enact changes as needed. Families can communicate any concerns directly to the administration team by emailing feedback@enlightiumacademy.com.
