Pre-K Science
This course offers a rich and engaging introduction to the natural world, focusing on sensory exploration and scientific inquiry. Students will learn to name and utilize the five senses to identify objects and their characteristics, sequence processes, and describe weather conditions. The curriculum includes hands-on experiments with light, sound, magnets, and gravity, fostering a practical understanding of these physical properties. Students will explore chemical reactions, seasonal changes, and the life cycle of a pumpkin, alongside broader topics such as space exploration and the solar system. Additionally, the course covers the physical properties of matter, the four seasons, and various animals and their habitats, including dinosaurs, farm animals, zoo animals, pond creatures, garden inhabitants, and ocean life.
