5th Grade History
Travel through time with your students as they explore the changing face of America beginning with early exploration, through colonization and the Civil War, and into the current millennium. As part of this course, students will also learn about the nation's closest continental and island neighbors. Bible verses (KJV) and biblical references support the development of a Christian worldview and encourage practical Christian living. This history and geography course was designed to be academically rigorous, promote digital literacy, and help students to understand the history and development of the Western Hemisphere, including the United States, from a Christ-centered point of view.
